- Preheat oven to 180C
- Sift flour and cocoa together
- Cream butter/marg and sugar, add one egg at a time, ensuring each one is thoroughly incorporated into the mix before adding the next one.
- Add flour and yoghurt, mix well (same as you would add flour and milk on a butter cake)
- Fold in the callets
- Pour into patty cases, and lower oven temp to 160C (fan forced) , and bake for 20-25 minutes. Test after 20 minutes by inserting a toothpick/skewer into the center, if it comes out clean, they're ready.
